Terms & Conditions
1. All reservations will be for 24 hours, after which the bag will be released to the next person if payment is not received.
2. Gift receipts as proof of authencity will be provided upon request.
3. Once order has been confirmed, cancellation will NOT be accepted. No refund will be made in the event of cancellation.
4. Collection of bags
a. Via Singpost
b. Through registered mail
c. Self collection (Tues/Thurs, 8pm at Serangoon mrt)
5. Once items have been shipped out, we are not responsible for any damage/loss of item due to shipping.
